We ask that you request a FREE patch test prior to treatments if you are new to the clinic or some time has passed since last brow or lash treatment.
Patch Test Policy – Please Read Before Booking
To ensure your safety and the best possible results, a patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to your treatment if:
You are a new client,
You have not had this treatment in the last 12 months, or
You are having a new treatment you haven’t had with us before.
Patch tests are quick, free, and essential to avoid allergic reactions. Unfortunately, we cannot carry out your treatment without a valid patch test on file, and this may result in a missed appointment fee.
Please ensure to book your patch test separately and well in advance of your treatment appointment.
